"I’m sad there’s not a way to leave a zero star review. I’ve been with State Farm for over 2 decades. I was recently told that State Farm will no longer insure me because of recent accidents. Here are the accidents: my daughter was driving and a lady ran a stop sign and T boned her. The lady was uninsured and unlicensed. Because of this we had to use our “uninsured motorist” insurance to get my daughter’s car fixed. Then about 6 months later, someone drove down my street and hit my daughter’s parked car causing more damage that needed fixed. Even thought the whole thing was caught on camera, police couldn’t issue fault because they couldn’t prove who was driving the other vehicle. So again, we used our own insurance to fix my daughter’s car. I mean how dare I ask for a few thousand dollars to fix a car after I’ve paid them well over $350 a month for the past 20+ years. So here we are, forced to leave State Farm insurance because “I’m too much of a risk” to insure! I have nothing good to say about State Farm! In fact, I only stayed with them all these years because a good friend is an agent and he held my insurance for most of the 20 plus years. Do yourself a favor and get insurance from a company that actually takes care of its customers. State Farm is not that company! The good news is I was forced to find a better company for insurance purposes…..and my premiums actually went down! Zero stars State Farm and Jeff Hamilton."

"Our insurance carrier suddenly pulled out of the state of Texas and we were left with a little over a week to find new coverage for our Home and Auto policies! Jeff and his team at State farm flew into action and we were covered within 4 days. The process was not only easy and seamless we saved money!
